Using the privacy option to hide your birthday should keep it out of public sight in all the places birthdays are shown on the forum. There isn't a facility to allow it to show in selected places, but not in others. Besides, there were 2 birthdays on that day - both were showing in the calendar but not in a "birthdays today" section. So I was thinking a bit of the system was broken...... but I've just changed my birthday to today and that is being shown as "today's birthdays". Now, 'scuse me while I go back and reset my birthday before I confuse too many people!
