This is Pete's baby. If it gets hit by a lawsuit (and they DO happen) that's the end of it.
I'm not going to waste everyone's times citing examples, but just try a Google search for something like "Lawsuits over copyright images in websites" if you want.
And to say every bit of light-hearted humour or banter gets 'struck' is simply complete bollocks.
Any decision to moderate something is agonised over and discussed before anything gets done, but as a free to visit forum, things DO now need to be more "safe for work" or "safe for kids". Any complaint with that?????
