Found these great signs off ebay idea if you had a shop .

Some of these US signs are very good and great value. Couple of things having seen a few of these - they're not that bright and don't show up in full sun, and you will need a US - UK adapter for the plug (or a shaver adapter).

I have bought a different light from them and they do last well and are very bright!
