Has anyone ever been to a Shellscape demo at that airfield where an irate (and obviously under-informed about what the owners were booking the field out for) aviation type *hasn't* come over to rant and rave at the end?

Cheers,
Robin.

I actually had a complaint from my neighbours about 5 years ago, even though we did tell them me & my mates would be letting fireworks off on GFN. Their cat didnt take our fireworks very well...apparently their cat ruined their carpet with & tore up the furniture
Admitedly we did go on for 2 hours lighting & enjoying what you see in the link below, but at the time we didnt ever think it would be that bad for the cat...Weve had no more GFNs round my place since then

Yep I went to one of the ones at the airfield with Shellscape, most funny. Was anyone at the Highlight Pyro trade evening in Bewdley where 2 guys in a transit turned up and started to threaten the firing crew?

Anyone remember the guy who drove onto the golfcourse near Epping? And tried to run over the crew?

Default Complaints etc...

Had a bloke come up to us at Mouth of The Tyne Fest this year who had climbed over the safety barriers to walk through the site. He said that he pays his taxes & therefore was entitled to walk through the site. In any case (he said) we should have had signs up. When we pointed out thats what the barriers were for he became agressive & wanted to start a fight with one of our crew. We got the site security to remove him.

We had a farmer say his cow had miscarried. He tried that on with us on three more occasions.
We were asked to do a quiet display at a zoo because they didn't want to scare the Lions.
Also had a guy bring a video to us saying the debris falling from the sky and landing on his car was from our display. We looked at the time on the bottom of the screen and it was 5 mins before we fired. Then at the end of the video when debris had stopped landing on his car you saw our display start and the time on the video showed the same time as our contract and no debris went near his car. His own video gave us the evidence that it wasn't us.

I had a neighbour bang on my door the morning after GFN complaining that one of my rockets went through his glass greenhouse, which I explained was quite remarkable as I was displaying some 100 miles away in Botley at the time...

Although I must admit that they have taken a few hits from my garden in the past
