I've always used Newsbox, Epic, Firework Crazy and PureParty/Spyrotechnics for consumer stuff (and Firework Emporium in the past).
You can't go wrong shopping with any of the retailers that post here.

Which reminds me, I've got to do a display soon that will be on TV and in one of those torrid gossipy rags.

I'll be sticking with Stealth Fireworks again this year. It's local to me, which is a big plus, but they also have great video on their website, hundreds of products to chose from in their shop and if you're not sure what you want they will take the time to bring up the video footage of any item you want to see on one of their TV screens. Add to that the fact that the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, (and UKFR members can always get a tea or a coffee along with a good deal), you can understand why I'll be going back there again.

I would agree that it is always the best thing to deal with reputable firework dealers of which we have plenty on this forum, and to avoid the seasonal fly by nights. I suppose the supermarkets are ok for the family who just want a small selection box and a few sparklers. The problem that i have is that there are so many decent fireworks out there that my budget just does not run to them all.

Indeed- and it's always good to know a reliable shop. But equally, some seasonal sellers can be perfectly decent business. Over the years I've bought some really decent stuff from seasonal sellers. But yeah, the drawback is always that it will be a bit hit-or-miss, and seasonal sellers are not there afterwards if something fails to function.

Always worth remembering that Raj at Newsbox often has deals on Stella.
It's why I normally con a friend into driving to get my pyro.

For the retailers I personally have used in the past the ones that stand out & I would highly recommend are Epic, Spyrotechnics & Newsbox. All offer great deals & outstanding customer service. All are well worth making a road trip visit to.

Hi Graham. (reign)

Am I not worthy of a mention?

I mean, can you remeber a time when you paid full price for anything from me, or got anything but excellent serivce.

Don't bother asking me for any favours again.

PS this was the edited version!
