<font color='#000000'>One thing that struck me was how difficult it actually is to get hold of specific fireworks in certain areas. There very definitely are availability issues from region to region.

I spent ages trying to find local suppliers for certain items and have in a lot of cases had no success at all. Whilst I have been looking, I have come across a fair few local(ish) of suppliers who, whilst not selling what I wanted, have huge ranges of alternative brands many of which I had never heard of and don't get a mention in the UKFR.

What would have been very useful to me (so I would imagine may be useful to other members) would have been a list of suppliers, nationwide, that could be sorted by region, with an indication of stocked brands.

Obviously this would be loads of work for Pete and Tony themselves but members could assist with providing this information on our own regions then it would just mean someone compiling it all. A separate section on the forum say "Get what from where" would help to collate this for a start.

Also as previously suggested from other members, a firework "who's who's" or "family tree" type thingy with Brightstar Phantom Bourballs=Men Shun Ghostly Gobblers type entries would also be invaluable. Again separate forum sections would mean members could post these to the specific section for other members to easily search. Then compiling a master list would be easier for Pete/Tony or even member volunteers to do their bit.

I would love to see suppliers offering huge discounts for UKFR members but I guess there could be all sorts of potential issues linking membership revenue with trade offers especially when it comes to the anti-brigade. I personally don't see why the site can't become actively involved with the trade and use this to generate revenue from membership but it really depends on what Pete feels is the main purpose of the site. Its difficult to claim impartiality while also filling your pocket!

I'd personally like to see him make a packet out of it all so he can go buy ALL fireworks from ALL suppliers and pay loads of people to review the whole damn lot so no matter where you live or what brands you can or cant get you would always know what was worth buying and what was best to give a miss.

S**t you can tell I still haven’t fired my stash!!!
