I hope that your use of this site is as trouble-free as possible. However from time to time things go wrong, a new project or script has teething problems, or we just make a mistake
If you do experience any problems, please check recent forum posts in case the problem has already been addressed.
Otherwise, post here, or on a related thread in the main forums, or e-mail/PM me. Be
as specific as you can. Tell me what the problem is, and where, what the error message is etc.
If, after reporting a problem, you find that it fixes itself, or the problem goes away, PLEASE CAN YOU LET ME KNOW SO I DO NOT SPEND FURTHER TIME INVESTIGATING.
The following should not be reported immediately - wait a few hours and try again:
- Forum is closed. Most likely this is for maintenance or a software update.
- Unable to access the site. This is sometimes caused by congestion or technical problems with your ISP, or our hosts. Most are fixed quite soon.
- Internal Server error. Likely I am tweaking something. Try again later.
- Max CPU usage reached message. It happens sometimes, UKFR gets a lot of traffic. Try again later, but do report this if it keeps happening.
