This help topic will apply when the forum has changed to "free to access".
Help if you cannot log in
If you are a registered forum member you should enter your forum username and password in the login box at the top right of the forum.
If you "remembered" or stored this information in your browser's auto complete tool, it may not work when the forum moves server to become free to access. In that case, if you forget your log in details, just click "log in" then "Forgotten your password? Click here!" on the next screen. Folow the instructions to reset your password.
To reset your password you will need access to the email address associated with your account.
If you have both forgotten your login details AND your registered email address is no longer in use, please email me for a manual reset.
Please:
- Do not just create a new forum profile! There is no reason why your existing account cannot be used with an automatic or manual password reset.
- Do not send me "I cannot login" messages unless you have actually tried to reset your password. Let me know your forum name, and your current email address, and required password.
