A premium range would also come with a premium price tag! I can't see it working out in the current economic climate, prices on cat 4 have gone up enough in the past 2 year's
Maybe some minor improvements will come along in time at no extra cost!

I like the idea of the garden vac. Has anyone tried the long nozzle version rather than the lawn mower version? What's the problem with the long nozzle version as dameulson advised against them?

I get the "point" Mike, but have you thought of something like this?

HANDY Manual Push Lawn Sweeper 26inch

Pyrouniverse has had occasional info on the supposed "low litter" fireworks specially made for Disney. However not all locations of the corporation seem to use them. They also have air launching and clever programmable timers for the burst, all of which make the item very special BUT very expensive.

IF Disney limit the use of low litter fireworks then there must be a good reason, as they have them specially made. Possibly the reason includes cost.
IIRC the shells had a nitrocellulose case that was stable in the air cannon but burned to nothing when the break charge exploded. I suspect this would open a whole new cad of worms.

the technical aspects meant that only shells launched from air cannons could be low debris, as the burst charge wasn't compatible with the NC shell body! So to use them you have to have permanently fixed very expensive mortars too!

The candle bungs are defiantly worse . Corvale you ask why not the long nose one it's cause most have a synthetic bag which ends up with lots of holes. but can be good on blow in stead of a rake. our mower style have metal collection boxes we tried a manual One but found the plastic components couldn't deal with candle bungs. Best place we got them from was a car boot picked up 2for 100 quid earnt that back in just to repeat booking cause we left the site so clean, they up budgets because the people who fired there before left mess so they kept fireworks down to keep mess down.
