Default Zero Rubbish Pyro

Having spent the best part of 2 hours Sunday morning walking around a golf course picking up the debris from my previous nights display, there must be a market for rubbish free Pyro??

I am surrounded by golf courses all of which do Weddings and other functions but wont allow Firework Displays due to the debris left afterwards on their precious greens and fairways.

The very few that do allow us to fire insist on full clean ups the next day and as these golfing types are on the course at first light, it means a bloody early start the day after a show to litter pick.

I for one would pay a premium for a range of Pyro that eliminates the cardboard disks and also any little tubes and other rubbish that scatters for what seems miles!

We can buy Pyro for noise sensitive venues so surely a few items for litter sensitive venues should be possible?

Maybe we could have a sticky for recommended Pyro that we know leaves little rubbish on the ground……

Invest in a garden vac not the long one the ones that look more like a petrol mower. we have 2 and can leave a place spotless in half the time and we don't strip paper off the top. the only thing to be wary of is the wadding out of some larger caliber candles they stay hot and can catch fire so just keep an eye out for them

The whole point is not to have to clean up.....!! And carrying petrol vacs is not really practical....

You should try joining us for a clear up after a display on the beach, I bet you'd get more shingle than debris in the vacuum.

Fine if all you want is fountains, wheels and comets. To have any sort of burst you need a container to blow it out of and that means debris. I do feel your pain though Mike! We used to use petrol garden hoovers but they don't last long chewing up cardboard units ... also we got more complaints about noise during clearup than we ever used to about debris!

Cheers,
Robin.

How about a load of scaffold netting on the ground?

Gotta love 49mm candles, bastard spontaneously combusting bungs!

No worries, every show I work on it rains so much the tarp would be sodden and impossible to light.
