Payment and delivery information

Payment:

Payment is handled by Stripe/WooCommerce on my behalf and by any major debit or credit card. Please note that I never see your card details.

Ordering:

You do not need to register an account here. Just place your order and fill in the required information when asked. If you order again in future, you’ll need to enter your details again.

The information you fill in during checkout is only used by me to fulfil your order or to contact you if there’s any problem. I don’t keep any kind of marketing database nor pass your details to anyone else, hence the lack of “opt out” of future contact – there isn’t any!

Delivery:

There is a flat rate of just £1.50 per order to cover postage and packing as currently my shop items are very small. However, this is for UK orders only which can be shipped using standard Royal Mail. Sorry, I do not currently ship outside of the UK.

I aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them and send them first class. You should get an email to confirm this (though it will most likely go into your spam folder). Typically when you get the email I have returned from the Post Office or my nearest post box and the item is in transit. From there, usual Royal Mail delivery times/restrictions apply! If you have not received your order within a few working days from that point, please let me know (see below).

Data protection and data usage:

I will only use the information you enter to process your order and ship the items to you. I don’t keep any kind of database nor send out any marketing emails. I do not see or store any card details as this is handled entirely by Stripe/WooCommerce.

Customer service:

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product I will of course be happy for you to return it for a refund. You can contact me at any time. All of your usual rights as a UK consumer apply.

UKFR branded products do not make me much money per sale, it’s about fostering a community spirit, but you should still expect to be satisfied with your order and have it fixed if not, so let me know if you have any problems or feedback.
